Swedish

A Swedish massage is conducted with strokes of friction, vibration, percussion, and finally passive and active movements (bending and stretching).The body then becomes relaxed and stress is reduced.
Maternity

Melt away the aches of pregnancy, it safely has been found to reduce stress, decrease swelling in the arms and legs, and relieve aches and pains in muscles and joints. (After the first trimester appointments can be made)
Reflexology

Reflexology is a technique of massaging and applying pressure on the feet. It revitalizes you and reduces pain while opening up blocked pathways so energy flows freely throughout the body once again while enhancing your mood, concentration and motivation. Deep Tissue

Compulift

The Compu-Lift treatment not only slows the aging process, but when started early enough it may delay or totally eliminate the need for more invasive treatments. Micro-currents work in harmony with the natural bioelectrical currents found in the body. They are able to reconstruct or re-educate muscle tissue, stretching or tightening as necessary, providing beneficial results.

Compulift Facial – $65
Compulift on entire face and neck – recommended twice a week for 5 weeks and then once per month thereafter. A 30 minute treatment or add-on to any facial for additional $40
Eye Gentle Lift – $25
Compulift on just the eye area with a gentle massage and an eye contour mask at the end – 10 treatments at the rate of twice per week, then once per month to maintain (can be an add-on to a full facial)
